We are a missionary collective

Diverse by Design. Creatives, entrepreneurs, construction workers, medical professionals, artists, baristas, bush pilots, preachers, and parents we are Far Flung. Some live in remote villages, others work in corner offices. It is part of the secret sauce that gives us the edge to do great work together.

unique name

Far Flungechos our desire to reach the far flung regions of the world.

Tin Can: a call back to our childhood play with yarn tied between tin cans as a primitive phone, it reflects our desire to innovatively connect the rest of the world to these Far Flung regions.

unique mission

This collective of soccer moms and filmmakers, left brain thinkers and blue collar builders, church leaders and business owners all have access to innovating the global missions experience and permission to welcome others to join us… LETS GO!

what we do

Think of FFTC as your “Missions App”  Giving user-friendly access points to and creative expressions of the redemptive work of Jesus around the world.  All you have to do is say yes.

What works in Mozambique may not work in Japan, this is why our support is relational before it is transactional. We are not afraid to “put our money where our mouth is” to meet the needs of people. We are committed to having genuine relationships with resident missionaries and indigenous ministers and operate out of that relationship.

Our default status is “go” and we make “going” easy for others as well. Never traveled? No problem! Want to worship in the jungle? We got you! Want to experience the joy of the world in a miserable climate? That’s what we do! Just don’t be surprised when you get the bug and want to sign up for all the trips.

One time projects projects with ongoing impact. Digging a well, building a church, purchasing property, funding a medical procedure.  While we fund many projects internally we also connect generous givers to projects that resonate with their hearts.  Whether it be a few hundred dollars or a few thousand, everyone has the opportunity to contribute.

There are incredible missionaries doing spectacular work and we’ve never heard about it. They are in remote places, expanding the kingdom of God but don’t have the capability to share it to the world. Far-flung fills that void. We share stories from the field to inspire others to partner along!

We incorporate worship in everything we do. Worship is In our DNA. Every month, between international travel, we travel to churches and conferences to lead in worship and share about our work in Far-Flung places. These services and album sales financially support our missions work, bring new “go-ers” and “go-givers” and help us send teams out to the field.

Far Flung can not be separated from our passion to worship God. A gifted and genuinely real group of people who share a heart for both worship and missions. We ask you to join in and worship this great God with us as we continually release music and videos.

We believe that kids should be thinking about the importance of missions long before they can travel. We are dedicated to creating children’s books, albums and videos to give children access to the redemptive work of Jesus around the world at a young age.

It all started with films and we continue to use cinematic tools to connect the mission field with the homefront.

our waypoints

We have these “way points” that give us a sense of where we are and where to go next. It gives a definition to the landscape of our motivations, directions, and decisions.  This is not an exhaustive list, rather it’s our work in progress. Without our waypoints, we would easily get lost.  These “waypoints” come from our faith and devotion to Jesus Christ and living His Way.

People are priority over plans, places and processes.

Authenticity is valuable, exchanged and desired.

It’s the baseline, the soundtrack and the dance.

We’re just along for the ride.

We are Kingdom, not company

We are red carpet, not red tape

We seek to make known, not be known

We are story driven, not event driven

We are people first, not places first

We would rather hold towels than titles

worship is supreme
